Early in his career, Clayton worked across industry sectors—finance, healthcare, and technology—gaining hands-on experience in process redesign, performance improvement, and leadership development.

Clayton’s leadership style balances precision with collaboration: he sets high standards for analytical quality while cultivating teams that translate recommendations into sustained operational results. Audrey Agard is a seasoned financial services leader with more than 20 years of expertise across foreign exchange operations, enterprise sanctions compliance, payment risk, and regulatory controls. She has built a strong reputation for advancing operational excellence in complex, high-volume environments by strengthening FX settlement processes, enhancing control frameworks, mitigating settlement and sanctions risk, and partnering effectively with front-office, operations, compliance, and risk stakeholders. Audrey brings deep experience across trade validation, SWIFT confirmation, CLS settlement, OFAC monitoring, AML risk awareness, enhanced due diligence, exception management, and blocked-transaction reporting. With a disciplined control mindset and a strategic understanding of global payment operations, she helps organizations improve accuracy, reduce exposure, support regulatory expectations, and drive resilient, well-governed financial operations.
